This workshop series is part of Casa Studio's exhibition, What I want to be when I grow up, held at Monday Press and curated by Regional Archive. The exhibition invites viewers on a reflective journey of self-discovery and material exploration, encouraging introspection into life's inevitable transitions. The exhibition will run from October 3rd to October 13th, 2024.
We believe creative opportunities are essential experiences that contribute to community building, promote mental well-being and self-expression. By removing financial barriers to participation, we welcome community members, youth and adults, to join us in these hands-on workshops. Through this experience we hope participants will reconnect with their creative side, and appreciate the value and care that goes into a handmade object.
